XDC - the fourth generation of embedded patch drip irrigation equipment, is jointly promoted by the National Water Conservation Irrigation and Water Conservation Research Center, China Academy of Water Resources and Hydropower Sciences, and Qingdao Xinda Cheng Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. It has multiple national invention patents and has won the first prize of national application achievements in the industrialization and localization of embedded drip irrigation, as well as the first prize of agricultural water-saving technology in 2011. The entire equipment consists of a feeding system, droplet screening device, extrusion unit, screen changing sizing cooling system, punching detection device, traction unit, and winding system, among other necessary devices. The entire production process is fully controlled by PLC to ensure highly automated completion of the flow process.
